It is
reported that XGT15000-600S was jointly developed by XCMG and China
Railway Bridge Bureau. The maximum lifting height is 400 meters and the
maximum lifting weight is 600 tons. It has broken through more than 60
key core technologies and more than 20 world-class technical problems,
and will effectively solve the hoisting components of the project. Heavy
construction, high construction height, large operation span and other
industry construction "old and difficult" problems.
According to
Mi Chenghong, the chief designer of the product, this "super equipment"
for the "super project" has 10 world items such as double-sided
six-cylinder synchronous jacking, four-mechanism double-amplitude
cooperative operation, and hydraulic system closed-loop balanced pump
control. The first technology, the comprehensive technology level of the
whole machine is in the international leading position. "We have also
set 10 world records in the industry. For example, the lifting moment
can reach 15,000 ton meters, which means giving me a 200 mm bracket that
can lift the aircraft carrier 'Shandong Ship'."
At the delivery
site, Mao Weiqi, chief engineer of China Railway Bridge Bureau Group
Co., Ltd., said that the cooperation between China Railway Bridge Bureau
and XCMG Group is a further improvement and leap forward on the basis
of years of cooperation between the two companies, and it is a strong
bridge construction company and engineering equipment company. Strong
alliance, the cooperation results not only cross the river, but also
transcend the world.
After the tower crane is delivered to the
China Railway Bridge Bureau, it will be used for the world's largest
span cable-stayed bridge - Changtai Yangtze River Bridge and the world's
first dual-purpose road-rail cable-stayed bridge with double main spans
exceeding one kilometer - Chaoma Intercity Railway Ma'anshan The
construction of the Yangtze River Bridge for both road and rail will
complete a series of steel tower hoisting operations with a maximum
hoisting weight of more than 500 tons at an altitude of more than 300
meters to meet the new needs of large-scale development of bridge
construction modules.
Ling Yaochu, chief engineer of the Jiangsu
Provincial Department of Transportation, said that this achievement
leads the development trend of bridge construction equipment and
provides strong support for the national strategy of "transportation
power".
The construction of the world's first "tower" is the result
of XCMG's insistence on technological innovation for many years. In
1957, XCMG successfully trial-produced China's first 2-6 ton tower
crane. In recent years, XCMG has increased investment in research and
