Daily inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment
1.
Always keep each mechanism clean, and clean all parts of dust in time;
always check whether each mechanism is running normally and whether
there is any noise. If a fault is found, it must be eliminated in time.

Check the lubrication of the gearbox, external gears and other parts.
Oil and smear according to the requirements in the table. When changing
the oil, remove the iron filings and impurities in the box. When
refueling, pay attention to the cleanliness and filling degree of the
oil.
3. Check whether the vent plugs of each reducer can be freely
exhausted, and if they are blocked, they should be cleared in time;
4. Check the performance of each brake, if it is not sensitive and reliable, it should be adjusted in time;

Check the bolts at each connection. If they are loose or fall off, they
should be tightened and supplemented in time; the connection bolts of
the tower body should be checked for tightness when the tower body is
under pressure.
6. Check various safety devices, and adjust them in
time if they are found to be malfunctioning; each transmission mechanism
must have a protective cover, which cannot be removed at will.
7.
Check each part of the wire rope for broken wires and loose strands. If
the number of broken wires exceeds 5% or the nominal diameter wear
exceeds 5%, new wire ropes should be replaced. Check the pulley, if
excessive wear is found, it should be dealt with in time;
8. Check the lubrication of each lubricating part and add grease in time.

When installing, disassembling and adjusting the slewing mechanism, pay
attention to ensure that the center line of the planetary gear reducer
of the slewing mechanism is parallel to the center line of the gear, its
meshing surface is not less than 70%, and the meshing clearance should
be appropriate.
Maintenance of metal structures
1. Strictly implement the scrapping standard of crane steel structure parts.
2.
The metal fatigue strength, weld cracks, structural deformation,
damage, etc. should be checked for the main stressed structural parts.
Exception should be handled. The inspection of structural parts shall be
carried out according to the following procedures.
a. Daily
inspection: The tower crane should carry out a daily inspection every 80
hours of operation. When the tower crane driver is handing over the
shift, he should check the tightening of the bolts of each connection
part, and if they are loose, they should be tightened in time.
b.
When the tower crane makes abnormal sound, or has misoperation, or finds
that the tower crane safety protection device fails, it should be
checked and recorded.
c. When a project is completed and the tower
crane is dismantled, it should be inspected in detail by engineering
technicians and professional maintenance personnel, and records should
be made.
3. Try to prevent deformation and collision damage of components during transportation.

During the service period, it must be regularly inspected and
maintained for one week and half a month to prevent corrosion,
especially the torque limiter, often check whether the sensitivity is
reliable, other slewing brakes, and lifting weight limiters must also be
checked frequently.
5. Frequently check structural connection bolts, welds and components for damage, deformation and loosening.
6. Spray paint every 1-2 years. The rust, oil and other dirt on the metal surface should be removed before painting.
7.
The trolley basket is limited to one person, and the cab is limited to
150kg. These regulations are often not noticed and are not strictly
enforced.
8. Special attention should be paid to the above terms, and the hidden danger inspection of these parts must not be careless.
