Weihua's 500-ton super-large metallurgical crane rolled off the assembly line！


   Recently, the main structure of Weihua's 500-ton super-large metallurgical crane was successfully rolled off the production line, which once again refreshed the manufacturing record of Weihua's metallurgical crane and further consolidated Weihua's leading position in the manufacturing strength of super-large metallurgical cranes.


   The crane will serve the metallurgical workshop of Tangshan Ganglu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., with a tonnage of 500/90/15t, a span of 20.7 meters, and a working level of A8. It is the first 500-ton four-beam six-track metallurgical crane product in the province completely independently developed by Weihua Co., Ltd. .
  The super-large 500-ton metallurgical crane off the production line this time carries out the whole process process control from pretreatment, blanking, welding, finishing, assembly, and testing. The overall annealing treatment and overall assembly of the reducer has verified that Weihua Co., Ltd. has a mature and reliable production process and quality assurance system for large and super-large metallurgical cranes.
  In the on-site quality review meeting held on the same day, the crane appearance, camber, web verticality, waviness, wheel parity and other parameters were comprehensively tested, and all passed the review successfully: the one-time pass rate of non-destructive testing of all welds was 100%. %; 100% pass rate for one-time inspection of upper camber, track height difference of the same section, wheel line, trolley gauge, and track straightness.
